SERVICE MODE

Mantenere prumuto il tasto 'P-' sul telecomando
mentre si accende con l'interruttore.
(Questa procedura puņ essere utile qualora si
sostituisca la memoria o il microprocessore).

To
access the service mode:
- Press
and hold the "i" button on the remote control while switching on the set
- Navigate
using P+ and P- buttons
- Change
data values using the Vol+ and Vol - buttons
- Follow
the on screen instructions to store and exit

the access code "8500"
- Navigate
using the program + and program - buttons
- Change
data using the vol + and the vol - buttons
- Follow
the on screen instructions to exit and save

To
access the service mode:
Unplug AC cord and wait until clock time is lost. This could be up to
30 minutes. Alternatively discharge the back-up capacitor C1003.
There are NINE levels in the service menu:
To enter the menu:
- Press
VOL DOWN on set and on the remote 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9:

1 = INITIALISATION OF FACTORY SETTINGS DO NOT USE FOR NORMAL SERVICING

2 = Horizontal position of OSD
- Vol -
3 = Adjust the PG shifter automatically
- Vol -
4 = Adjust the PG shifter manually

5 = Tracking centre position
- Vol -
6 = Total power on time and PLAY/REC total hours.

7 = Password protection release

8 = Writing to EEPROM initial data DO NOT USE FOR NORMAL SERVICING

Access
the required adjustment by using the relevant number on the numerical keypad.
Adjust using VOL+ or VOL- or the LEFT / RIGHT navigation keys.
Save and Exit by pressing (0) or MENU button
